She arrived at 11:05 & the woman said "omg I got busy & forgot about this order. I don't have enough now but for one bowl & it's not hot, I will have to warm it up in the microwave." Please tell me why I was charged for BOTH bowls of soup when the ONLY bowl she had available wasn't even a full bowl??? This place came recommended by my coworkers at Southside Primary. I am NOT a happy customer!!! Poor customer service obviously & then was charged double...i will be putting the word out.March 02, 2017
