  This place has gone to hell. If you're into fights, crack heads, young children in the bar, rude management, empolyees running a muck, then this is the place to be. Good luck getting the inexperienced young bartender coming to your table & possibly asking you if you'd like another drink or emptying the ashtray, or wiping down the table. Just poorly managed. There needs to be either separation from the bright lights in the restaurant, or making the entire business a bar with food. I would rework the layout entirely. Clean it up. It's nasty.

  Just bad.
  I drive by this place every day on ky way home from work
  Wife and kids were busy so I had to fend for myself.
  Stopped by for a burger and a beer. NO BEER! waitress said their license expired Saturday (9/24). Place was empty. Not a single customer
  Ordered a water and a hamburger. 30 minutes later she finally brings it out
  Menu says all food made to order but it doesnt take 30 minutes to make a hamburger.
  Wont be back.

  I took over this establishment in Feb 2016. We have made many changes to this establishment. Sounds as if maybe you came in on a very busy night. The staff are friendly and attentive to all our customers needs. We have a full bar and a full service kitchen. You may wait a bit longer for your food than you would other places because all our food is made to order.
  
  I understand you cant please everyone all the time but we do our best.
